Chinese Off-dry wines, Gewürztraminers are the best, followed by Rieslings. Peking duck, try Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Zinfandel.
   
Japanese Very cold, off-dry, fruity white wines or any sparkling wine.
   
Thai Any Riesling, Chardonnay with Vietnamese Food
   
Mexican Very cold, fruity, full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc. Pinot Noirs very good also.
Gewürztraminer for spicy.
   
Middle East Fruity wines, red and white, also Riesling.
